Hawaii Reciprocity
Reciprocity is when a state that has a certain permit decides to honor another states permit. For the state of Hawaii this is a rare thing because we essentially have a prohibition on issuing firearm carry permits. Even though we do not receive permits, some states still put it in their statutes to accept the Hawaii concealed firearms permit.
